RETURN POLICY 

Rio & Bossa Co. accepts returns only in a resalable condition. Please send it back to us within 15 days from the date received for store credit.

All merchandise returned must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached (including protective hygienic liner)  and accompanied by the invoice/receipt from the original shipment.

There will be a $10.00 restocking fee applied to all returns. Rio & Bossa Co. will accept no returns after the 15 day period.

- Please note: If you return your item and the above conditions are not met, we will be unable to offer you store credit.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, or you believe you have received a faulty item, we will gladly exchange the item or offer you a store credit.

- Once we receive your package please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Rio & Bossa Co. will generate a one-time personal credit code in the value of your purchase, discounting the $10.00 dollars restocking fee.
